This site may be in for a redo, layout-wise. It's been recommended that I should probably use .PHP extensions since the site is quite large in coding and images. As much as I'd hate to do it, it may have to happen! However, I also had the idea of "seasonal" layouts, or at least intermittent ones. The site will have to be simple, yet still neat. Then, whenever I feel is appropriate, I can switch to a new layout/scene/whatever.
On other news, this novel is getting really stale. I still don't have a solid plot line. It's more like I know how it will begin and how it will end with some little itty-bitty elements or situations.
What's been keeping me away from working on VIRUS itself is the style. As I've said before, I wanted a more realistic looking novel, with the style of Tonrar (^) in the banner. But that would definitely take a while, wouldn't it? I've been working on a new style that could work. It's a little time-consuming, yes, but it still seems easier and has a lot of potential! We'll see how that goes!

I really wish I could have a blog script to make these updates a little easier to do. Well, there isn't much for me to do about that. Anywho, I need to start making these posts a little more professional, I believe. I'll have a link to my blog here soon when I get that done.
Happy belated 2009 and 2010! It's been crazy since the last time I posted. The year of 2009 and up til now of 2010 has been quite the adventure. I am moving scraps from my deviantART gallery over to this website so I can finally have my portfolio a little cleaner. Unrelated scraps would be moved to Bordavix/Designs and TrebleSome as well. Meanwhile, I'll be working on more worthy pieces, and sporadically upload Virus-related work. I'm not quite sure if I'm going to upload the pages. I'd rather keep the gallery clean of that unless they fit my new standards I've set. We'll see what happens.
Meanwhile, that's really all I want to say for now. I hope to get pages done, work on more of the storyline, do references... I have a lot on my plate.

I thought I should update this real quick and discuss the current happenings and my plans. This year is speeding by, and Winter Break is already coming up in two weeks (after next week, which is only two days worth of school then Thanksgiving Break). I've been planning a lot of projects for the winter, mainly working on my school band's website, Bordavix/Designs, and possibly working on Virus pages. I have plenty of time to work on everything, so I'm taking my time with the things that are first priority on my list, especially for this year alone.
I will get pages done because this is definitely one worthwhile project!

After an entirety of three long days, I'm ready to seriously get to work on filling up the content of the site. Want a summary of my work? Well, sure, here we go! Day 1: Woke up at 11AM, got to work with the banner and additional images. Developed the coding and layout through the night. Unfortunately, the image map caused a few slices to be out of place, but it finally worked and I was able to go to bed at nearly 4AM. Day 2: Woke up, this time, at 12PM, and go back to work. More distracted this day, I tried to find a blog script for this here news, and worked mostly on that and in trying to get it to work. Adding a 404 Error page which would not work for any of the shtml pages, so I went ahead and made all pages on the sidebar. Blog script was unsuccessful, so I got started on a new one before going to bed at 2AM. Day 3: Forgot what time I woke up, but this day I worked more on the forum. The forum has been completed and previous stuff from the other forum has been moved. Took nearly all day, and began to work more on the blog script at 11PM. Deemed it useless, then tried a Javascript blog. Deemed it exactly the same as manually updating the news with the coding, so deleted all the blog material and posted these!
Yes, I'll get a life when this darned thing is done. :3
